On 20 November 2026, Jeremy Cook is taking on the UTCT PT55km, turning one of Cape Town's toughest trail challenges into an opportunity to make a difference.

The mission? To fight child stunting in South Africa.

Child stunting, caused by chronic malnutrition, affects children's growth and development, with an estimated 30% of South African children under five affected.

Through the Strong Starts campaign, every kilometre of the UTCT challenge represents a year's worth of meals for one child, supporting the Startwell Foundation and its work to improve childhood nutrition.
