Not working out for you? Items purchased at reegsandronnie.com can be returned for exchange or store credit within 14 days of receiving your order.

If an item is to be returned, it will need to be in original condition. The product must be clean, unworn, unwashed & unused and needs to have all the original packing, labels.

Regarding returns, you will be credited with the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of a Reegs+Ronnie voucher.

Please note, we can not guarantee the exchange of limited edition items since certain styles might be out of stock and not made anymore.

CUSTOMISED CAPS

1. Overview

At Reegs and Ronnie, we take pride in delivering high-quality customised caps tailored to our customers' preferences. This policy outlines our commitment to providing a satisfactory experience for our customers regarding defects and returns associated with customised caps.

2. Customisation Process

a. Order Confirmation:

  • Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming their customised cap order details during the ordering process.
  • Any errors in customisation specifications should be brought to our attention immediately, and we will make reasonable efforts to address them before production begins.

b. Approval Process:

  • Prior to production, customers will receive a digital proof of their customised cap design for final approval.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to review the proof thoroughly and confirm that it accurately reflects their desired customisation.
  • Once approved, any subsequent changes may incur additional charges and delays.

3. Defects

a. Quality Assurance:

  • We employ strict quality control measures during the production process to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.
  • In the rare event that a customised cap is received with a defect directly related to manufacturing or customisation errors, we will take corrective action as outlined below.

b. Defective Merchandise:

  • Customers must report any defects within 3 days of receiving the customised cap.
  • Defects related to manufacturing or customisation errors will be rectified by providing a replacement cap or issuing a refund at our discretion.

4. Returns

a. Eligibility:

  • Customised caps are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or the error is a result of our manufacturing process

b. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return for a defective item, customers must contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the cap.

c. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the defective item back to Reegs and Ronnie, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.

5. Limitations

a. Colour Variations:

  • Customised cap colours may vary slightly from the digital proofs due to screen calibration differences and the nature of the production process.

b. Material & Screen printing

  • Due to the nature of the material, wrinkles and minor defects may occur.
